NEW! Second ELAA Counsellor Update.
ELAA is offering two counsellor update events this year. Each year we receive feedback that the event is important in your role, so in order to provide access to member's updates to as many people as possible we've added a second event in Lac la Biche. Each event will share the same format, so you're welcome to attend either event.
Red Deer - Tuesday, September 11 - 10:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.
Lac la Biche - Tuesday, October 23 - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Red Deer College Update
Thank you to Red Deer College for partnering with ELAA to hold the ELAA Counsellor Update (Red Deer) at the college. Prior to the ELAA Counsellor Update on September 11, Red Deer College will be holding an update for high school counsellors from 8 to 9:45 a.m. to discuss their transition to a university, the Gary Harris Centre, as well as their new residence building and new programs. The college will then offer updates on its program and service areas at the ELAA Counsellor Update alongside the other ELAA members.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Full refunds will be provided if your attendance is cancelled on or before Monday, September 4, 2018. No refunds will be provided if cancellation occurs after Monday, September 4, 2018. Cancellations must be done through the website for a refund to be issued -- cancellations via phone, fax or email will not be accepted.

- Group Name: Guests request to book their room under the “ELAA group” room block
- Cut-off: Rooms will be held until Friday, August 24, 2018
- Rooms Release: Rooms are automatically released on Friday, August 24, 2018 ** the group rate will not be valid after this date.
- CANCELLATION Individual reservations are to be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival.
- EARLY DEPARTURES Early departures require 24 hour notice – otherwise a $65.00 early departure fee will be incurred.
